Regarding Major Cineplex Group Public Company Limited (the 'Company') notified the resolutions of the Board of Directors' meeting No. 1/2010, subject;

  1. Item 3 Number of directors are due to retire from their tenures from '4 directors' change to '3 directors'
  2. Item 4 Special remuneration from 'Baht 3.0 million' change to 'Baht 1.5 million'
  3. Item 8 'Agenda 3 To consider approving the Balance Sheet and the Statement ofIncome for the year ended December 31, 2008' change to 'Agenda 3 To consider approving the Balance Sheet and the Statement of Income for the year ended December 31, 2009'
