Refer to the resolution of the Board of Directors' Meeting No. 7/2008 of Major Cineplex Group Public Company Limited ('Company') dated December 15, 2008 on the approval of the share repurchase program (Treasury Stock) for financial management purpose in the total amount of share purchased not be exceed of 88,000,000 shares with the repurchase period from December 15, 2008 to June 28, 2009.
The Company would like to notify that at present the repurchase period of the share repurchase program has ended
