Subject: Notification of the Board of Directors' Solution of investment in Pacific Marketing and Entertainment Group Co.,Ltd.
The Board of Directors' Meeting No. 6/2008 of Major Cineplex Group Public Company Limited (the 'Company') held on November 14, 2008 has approved the additional investment in amount of 100 Millions Baht in Pacific Marketing and Entertainment Group Co.,Ltd. ('PM') in order that PM will establish its new association for movie production to support the Company's business. The ratios of the share investment after additional investment are as follows;
