Subject: Report of the resolutions of the Board of Directors Meeting No. 2/2008 regarding an authorization of the Company's Directors.
To: The President The Stock Exchange of Thailand
The Board of Directors' Meeting No. 2/2008 of Major Cineplex Public Company Limited (the'Company') which was held on May 13, 2008 at 10.00 a.m. has passed the resolution of the authorization of the Company's Directors as follows;
1. Mr. Vicha Poolvaraluck
2. Mrs. Paradee Poolvaraluck
3. Mr. Verawat Ongvasith
4. Mr. Thanakorn Puliwekin
The above two of four persons can jointly sign with the Company's seal affixed to bind the Company, except for the acts relating to applying the permit for construction, adaptation,demolition, changing the purpose of the building, using the building for entertainment purpose,using electricity, telephone and other infrastructures, as well as the acts relating to applying other permits with relevant government, state-owned and/or private agencies, of which Mr.Thanakorn Puliwekin is the authorized director who can singly sign with the Company's seal affixed to bind the Company.
