Major Cineplex Group Public Company Limited (the Company) would like to inform that the Extraordinary General Meeting of Shareholders No. 1/2008 of Traffic Corner Holdings Public Company Limited (TRAF) held on 7 January 2008 has resolved to approve that the Company and other shareholders of M Pictures Company Limited may acquire shares in TRAF without being required to do the tender offer of the total securities of the business according to the Notification of the Securities and Exchange Commission No.Kor Jor 53/2545 re: Rules, Conditions and Procedures for the Acquisition of Securities for Business Takeovers.
