Subject: Submit the Financial Statement and the Financial Statement Results for the 3rd Quarter of 2007

Attention: President The Stock Exchange of Thailand

Major Cineplex Group Public Company Limited (the 'Company') would like to submit the financial statement and reviewed audit report for the 3rd quarter of 2007.

The Company would like to clarify the financial results for the 3rd quarter of 2007 ended September 30, 2007 comparison with year 2006 are as follows:

The total revenue in the 3rd quarter 1,493.27 million baht, was increased 131.86 million baht, 10% caused from increasing revenue of service advertising and sponsorship was increasing to 76.11 million baht, 45% caused from expanding number of theaters along with revenue from theater business had been increased to 93.39 million baht, 13%. Even,revenue of rental business and servicing has decreased to 31.94 million baht, 30% caused from sold asset of Ratchayothin branch and Rangsit branch to Major Cineplex Lifestyle Property Fund (MJLF).

The Company has gain a net profit for the 3rd quarter of 2007 to 168.75 million baht which decreased from previous year 20.07 million baht, 11% caused from taken share of results from capital investment associates has decreased 43.90 million baht. Anyway, the Company able to gain profit from operating increased to 20.08 million baht, 9%.
