Major Cineplex Group Public Company Limited ('the Company') would like to inform the resolution of the Board of Directors' Meeting No. 6/2007, held on 30 October, 2007.
The Board of Directors Meeting have resolved an approval to increase in Pacific Marketing and Entertainment Group Co.,Ltd. ('PMEG') registered capital from Baht 15,000,000 amount of ordinary shares 1,500,000 ordinary shares at a par value of Baht 10.00, the company directly holds 1,199,996 ordinary shares as amount Baht 11,999,960 as 80% increasing its registered capital to Baht 100,000,000. This investment has been done in order to adjust financial structure.
